Ripple effect in action

At The Elevation Company, we love to make the greatest possible ripple effect with everything we do, and for this reason, our team is involved in supporting many different organisations that do great things in the world. We give our time, energy and expertise to the following wonderful organisations so they can in turn have an even greater impact in the lives of those they serve.

BIGI

BIGI or Business For Good is a global giving movement that provides everything needed to do business for good. We’re Platinum Partners of this international community and Heather holds the position of Head of Training and Development for the B1G1 team.

The Magic Moments Foundation

The Magic Moments Foundation runs an annual Youth Leadership and Business Summit and Heather has been one of the anchor speakers at this event for more than 10 years. We’re proud to be supporters of the program and every young person who attends.

National Justice Project

Whether it is in prisons or policing, healthcare or immigration detention, or child protection and youth detention, the National Justice Project stands up for the rights of those most impacted by injustice. Heather is on the NJP Board.

Women’s Federation for World Peace Australia

The Global Women Peace Foundation is dedicated to empowering women worldwide through leadership, education, and equality. Heather is a keynote speaker at many of the GWPF events and we’re members of this inspiring network.

Myanmar

Every year we visit Myanmar (formerly Burma) offering training and development for more than 1200 students, teachers, school leaders and parents at an inspiring group of schools in Yangon and Taunggyi, driving meaningful change through education.

The Growth Project

The Growth Project brings together charity and business leaders to create a positive impact on society through shared learning and exploration. Heather was a content specialist for the Project and remains an avid supporter of the TGP Alumni.

Ignite Camp

Originally called Green SuperCamp Australia, Ignite Camp was founded by Heather 14 years ago, with a mission to help young people to feel known, loved and empowered. Our team has played many roles of support and still assists new program leaders.

Shikshangram Shelter for Children

The Shikshangram Shelter for Children provides underprivileged children in India love, care, education, shelter and support to help the young people live to their full potential. Our team is proud to support the children, staff and leaders in this Shelter in various ways, including training and mentorship.
