Over the last few weeks, my wife and I have been captivated by The World’s Toughest
Race – a relentless test of endurance and decision-making. Watching teams battle swollen
rivers, brutal heat, and self-doubt, I saw striking parallels to leadership and business.

At the end of each episode, I wondered:

��How much training would I need?
These racers didn’t just show up; they spent months preparing, refining strategies even
during the event itself (which took between 141-260 hours to complete).

Growth comes from continuous learning and adaptation.
