Most of us were taught to take action first and foremost. To plan, push, perform, and persist. And while action has its place – it gets things done, it moves ideas forward – it’s only one part of the dance. The other, often overlooked partner, is attraction – a quieter, more magnetic energy that draws in the right people, opportunities, and outcomes through clarity, alignment, and intention.
When we rely on action alone, business can start to feel like a grind. We chase goals, tick boxes, and fill every hour with “doing.” Motivation becomes our fuel, but motivation, by nature, is external – it requires constant effort to keep it alive.
