Meet Our Core Team
Despite the hustle and bustle of daily life, Heather believes that all anybody really wants is to love and be loved, and to be known, loved and “got” for who they truly are. This is fundamentally what drives all aspects of her work and company. Heather holds that discovering and expressing the truth of who we are and embracing the difference we were born to make is at the core of us being loved and making a meaningful difference in the world. All too often the activities of life can distract us from the essential task of personal reflection and growth, yet this is where true success is born; the home of personal leadership.
With formal training in arts, psychology, family and systems theory and business, Heather has been a ‘people’ specialist for over 30 years. Her ability to get to the heart of what drives and inspires people, what limits them and prevents them from realising their fullest potential has been the foundation of her work in Australia, New Zealand, the UK, the USA and Asia.
Heather is a leading authority in Values Based Leadership and is a respected thought leader in the international arena of consulting, business and corporate innovation and coaching. She is also the Founder and Director of the highly acclaimed Green SuperCamp™ Australia programme, offering personal leadership, academic acceleration and environmental awareness to children aged 10 to 18 years.
Having worked with such iconic brands as Mars, Origin, Nestle, Goodman-Fielder, Vincent’s Accounting, Westpac, National Foods, Empire Group and Barnardo’s, East West Consortium (Malaysia), as well as New Zealand’s largest NGO, major departments of the New Zealand Government and over 22,000 individuals worldwide, Heather specialises in growing people.
Heather has enormous respect for the importance of structure and clear process and blends this elegantly with a capacity to work with the fluid dynamic of each unique group, regardless of age or context. She is humorous, energetic, powerful, inspirational, challenging, insightful, intuitive, and concise. She also has that unique ability to engage with individuals in the context of a large group, as well as addressing the needs of the group as a whole.
Heather is a renowned and much sought after international speaker who has travelled around the world sharing her message and frameworks with audiences on four of the seven continents and was head hunted by one of the world’s leading speaker trainers to deliver Speaker Training for businesses in Australia and the UK.
As step mother to 6 children (now adults), Heather also knows what it means to be in the trenches, juggling multiple demands and dealing with the reality of family, business and community commitments. Joining the team in September 2015, Jodi brings with her over 11 years experience in the field of Administration and Management. Jodi’s commitment to living in alignment with her highest values of growth, connection and authenticity, makes her an inspiring and influential contributor to The Elevation Company team.
Jodi first met Heather at a Power of YOU event in 2013. The words of Heather and Cathy resonated so deeply for her that she signed up for two personal coaching programs and volunteered as a crew member at a number of other events run by the company. A passionate advocate for the adult programs offered through the Elevate People and Elevate Business areas of The Elevation Company, Jodi has also gifted her two sons the opportunity to attend the Elevate Children programme-Green SuperCamp Australia.
Jodi believes working for The Elevation Company is like being a part of a large and loving family community. “It is a company where we walk our talk and really do work strongly from our hearts.” All of the team members share similar values & are very involved in the growth of clients and the business. As General Manager Jodi has a very versatile role, with responsibilities in areas such as Human Resources, Financial Performance, Asset Maintenance, Productivity, Business Planning, Marketing, Practice Accreditation & general running of the business.

Claire Joined our Administration Team in June 2018. She has over 35 years experience in Administration and Management roles within the Medical, Hospitality and Local Government sectors.
She first heard about GSCA through her daughter attending Green SuperCamp. As she watched Heather and the Team weave their magic, she just knew Heather had the tools, the information and most importantly the heart to be able to change lives. What Heather was teaching was what Claire had looked for, for over 20 years.
Through the powerful framework of exercises and revelations at The Power of You in 2017 Claire was able to find out what her core beliefs and her highest values were, and as a result began the process of aligning herself and her environments with those values.
Claire says that working with the Elevation Team is a “dream come true.” She loves working with people who are completely real and committed to living the practices they teach on a daily basis. She loves that “What you see is what you get” is the real essence of the team.
With her highest value being nurture, she enjoys assisting the smooth running of administration and helping to ease the large load of responsibility carried by the Administration Team. Joining the TEC team earlier in 2017, Siebe-Thijs (ST) Hoogwout brings with him many years experience in management consulting, working with leading organisations across Australia, Asia, and Europe, such as Macquarie Bank, Caltex, PepsiCo, Arrium (One Steel). In addition, ST has worked with over 250 individuals through his individual coaching and mentoring. ST is passionate about helping people identify and then integrate their deepest passions, values and drivers into the organisations they work with and their daily lives and in turn, create a ripple effect of inspiration to the people around them.
In working with The Elevation Company, ST loves to be part of a like-minded team committed to making a massive positive impact through youth, adults and business. He is excited to be part of the team helping The Elevation Company to grow, as well as supporting the businesses we serve to make an even bigger impact throughout the community.
ST combines specialist skills in analytics and measurement with his strong ability to read people and utilise his EQ abilities to quickly pinpoint the cause of his client’s challenges and work directly on the most effective opportunities for growth and development. ST has an insatiable thirst for learning and growth and can bring new concepts quickly into practice.
Out of the work context, ST is committed to his own growth and indirectly, the growth of others through ongoing study and the practice of various personal development and psychology innovations. With 30 years’ experience in business, Local Government, facilitation and planning and formal qualifications in management, business and arts, Cathy has a wealth of business experience to draw on as well as a heartfelt commitment to support the growth and development of businesses and individuals.
Having experienced firsthand The Elevation Company framework and the impact it has had in her own life, Cathy is keen to provide the opportunity for others to experience the huge benefits the framework delivers. This lead her to join The Elevation Company in 2013, where she is now the Senior Consultant in the Elevate Business team.
Cathy recognises the importance of an innovative approach to business success, which goes hand in hand with personal growth and leadership. It is our willingness to bring our best selves and foster the unique contribution of each individual that is the key to success in business as well as in life. Cathy loves working with people who want to know what their next level is and what more they are capable of contributing to the world.
Having reaped the benefits the framework provides, Cathy now feels like work is a joy and wants to bring the wealth of her business experience and personal growth, as well and her capacity for strategic thinking, to businesses that recognise that success lies with the contribution and accountability of the individual and the growth and development of people.

Wilamina is a recruitment and human resources professional with a strong communications edge. Her career has spanned professional sports marketing and management, aged care, mining, construction materials, property investment, and technology. The consistent theme throughout Wilamina’s career is her innate ability to listen, understand and interpret people and to support their development in a way that builds engagement.
The intersection between human resources and corporate communications is the absolute sweet spot for Wilamina. She believes that attracting and hiring the best possible people takes carefully constructed messages and a rigorous process that explores people’s values and inspirations. Retaining and “growing” those staff is also a key focus of Wilamina’s work and she has a strength in supporting businesses to develop innovative and intentionally designed infrastructure that builds employee engagement and promotes their unique contribution.
As an avid writer and someone who enjoys the power and creativity of words, in 2014 Wilamina published a women’s non-fiction book, she has blogged for The Huffington Post US Edition, and domestically she has written for the entrepreneurial magazine, The Collective Hub.
