Who we are
The Elevation Company serves business owners, entrepreneurs and executive leaders who want to get to the heart of what drives and inspires them. Our work is about supporting you in the awakening of your natural genius and truth.
Founded by Heather Yelland — a respected authority in values-based leadership, business consulting and executive coaching — our team will connect you with your ‘why’ to provide you with clarity, direction, and a sense of optimism.
Our approach
At the core of our work is building Emotional Productivity™ — because we’re all emotional beings by nature — with our own drive, motivation and purpose. Harnessing the emotional capacity of you and your people will elevate original thinking, invention and sustainable growth to provide a better human experience.

We help you explore and understand your highest values through our The Values Based Leadership Ladder™ to map personal, team, and business contentment, growth, and success.

We support a deeper understanding of the essential energy and values that drive you and your team to determine the most effective way to engage interest, motivation, and sense of accomplishment.

We teach you ‘how’ to adapt your processes to reflect your values-based philosophy, bringing together a natural fit between your personal purpose and business goals.
